SmartKids privacy
Website enquiry privacy.
This page explains the first-version approach to information submitted through the SmartKids website enquiry form. SmartKids must review and confirm the final production policy before the site is published.
SmartKids respects the privacy of parents, guardians and students who contact us through this website. This policy applies to the public website enquiry form, not to an enrolled student's separate account or any separate product policy.
Information collected through enquiries
When you use the website enquiry form, SmartKids may receive the parent or guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, optional student year level, programme interest, preferred contact method and message. The form also includes a hidden field used to help identify automated submissions.
Why the information is used
Website enquiry information is used to respond to the request, discuss suitable next steps and maintain a record of the communication where reasonably necessary. It is not collected to create a student account through this website.
Required fields
A parent or guardian name, email address, preferred contact method, message and privacy acknowledgement are required to submit an enquiry. Phone number, student year level and programme interest are optional.
Service providers and protection
Information submitted through the form may be processed by the website hosting, security and email services used to operate the enquiry process. SmartKids should confirm its final provider list and any applicable data handling arrangements before production publication.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask to access or correct personal information you have provided through the website. Use the contact details published on this page or the Contact page. SmartKids will confirm the final privacy contact channel before launch.
Contacting SmartKids about privacy
For a privacy question or access and correction request, contact hello@megabit.co.nz.
Policy updates
SmartKids may update this page when the public enquiry process, providers or privacy arrangements change. The final published version will show a confirmed review date.
